Shopping Info

Delivery
Your order is shipped by post.
If your package is not bulky, it will be delivered directly to your mail box.
If it is bulky, you will receive a notice in your mailbox and you can collect it at the nearest post office/place of delivery.

Delivery time
We will send your ordered product/products within 2-5 days. If you have a special wish about the deliverytime, let us know in the message field.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail or by telephone without delay.

Offers
You can never combine 2 different offers. You may use one at a time!

Freight
Within Sweden the freight cost is SEK 40 per order.

Ordering from abroad?
The freight cost outside Sweden is SEk 80, whenever in the world you live!

Payment

1. Credit card payment - Visa, MasterCard
You fill in your credit card information and we send the goods when the payment reaches our account.
We use DIBS Payment Services for secure credit card payments.

2. Advanced payments
Once you have received a confirmation from us with the total amount, including freight, regarding your order, you deposit your payment into our PlusGirot account: 12 55 63-7. We ship your items as soon as we have received payment in our account.
Payments made on a weekday before 10 a.m. are normally in our PlusGirot account the following day, after 13.30.

Sale or return
You have full right to exchange your item for another product, colour or change your mind within 14 days.
The 14 day period applies from the day that you received your items. This is what you do:
Fill the form that you received with your delivery.
Send the item/items together with the form that you received together with your order, to the following address:
lollopard, Davidshallstorg 8, 211 45 Malmö.
Mark the envelope "return"
On the form you also fill in your account number so that we can repay the payment for the item/items.
Freight is not repaid.
The items returned to us shall be unused and returned in the original packaging.
You must pay the return freight yourself.

Transport
If an item is damaged or gets lost during transport from lollopard to you, we are responsible. Should the item be damaged or get lost when you return it to us, you are responsible.
If upon receipt you discover that the shipment has been damaged, you should immediately make a complaint to Posten or the place of delivery within 8 days and save the packaging.

Claims
In the event that an item is damaged or in some other way has a defect or if you have received the wrong item or the wrong number of items we ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. You can contact us via peter@lollopard.com or on telephone number +46 (0)40-30 63 80. We send you an address card so that you can return the item to us free of freight charges. If you would like us to send new items, we will naturally do so free of charge. We do not accept shipments that are returned to us cash on delivery (COD).

Prices
Our prices are quoted in Swedish Kronor (SEK)
The prices that applies is the price quoted the day the order is made.

Typing errors
Everyone makes mistakes. In the event that we have stated the wrong price or wrong information regarding an item, we will notify you of the correct pricing and information. It is up to you to decide if you would still like to purchase the item or not.

Under 18 years?
If you are under 18 years of age, we need your guardian´s signature to be able to handle your order.

Disputes
In the event of a dispute we follow the decisions of the National Board for Consumer Complaints.
